2 Timothy 2:15

The Teachings of Jesus explores what Jesus communicated about the Father, about salvation, about the Sabbath, and much more. Through both His words and His actions, Jesus introduced His disciples to the principles of the kingdom of heaven and catch a glimpse of what God wants for us. By studying His teachings, we, too, can begin to understand those truths and what He empowers us to become.

This book on Revelation was not written for the theologian or Bible scholar. It was written for the man on the street-the man who has been told that Revelation is so full of symbolism that it cannot be understood. It was also written for those who
have been told the events of Revelation have already passed and do not apply to
us; that they will take place in the future long after we are gone; or that we will not
be on earth when they take place-and a dozen other excuses for not understanding
the truth.
It was written for the person who has a desire to know what Christ told John
concerning the days we live in now and for the person who wants to see the unfolding
of prophecy, as one event after another takes place-each prophecy expanding and
enlarging the next.

The books of Daniel and Revelation are companions. The prophecies given in Daniel are revealed further in Revelation and fit together like a hand in a glove.
As you understand the dreams and visions given to Daniel, you will find that John
repeats the same prophecies and enlarges upon their meaning in Revelation. The
book of Daniel is the first step in understanding Revelation. God gave these visions for guidance to His people, particularly in the closing events of time. He did not clothe them in mystery so they could not be understood, but by simply following
Biblical principles, Daniel, becomes Pure and Simple.

The books of Daniel and Revelation were written 2000 years ago. The Prophecies of these books are alive today and we need to understand and share.

The Beast of Revelation 13 is morphing before our eyes. Each day our government flexes and usurps more power. Once the helper of the world is now it's greatest bully.

The Three Angels in Revelation 14 deliver a critical end-time message, urging people to fear God, worship Him as Creator (First Angel), warning of the fall of corrupt systems like "Babylon (Second Angel), and informing of torment for those who worship the beast and receive its mark (Third Angel), all while proclaiming the everlasting gospel before Jesus' return. These messages are God's final appeal

You don't have to guess what's next. The Lord has it spelled out for those that believe.
To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. Isaiah 8:20

Truth and clarity are essential in every part of life because they build understanding, trust, and good decision-making.

We can run but we can not hide. You will be marked or sealed. The choice is yours's.

This book explains the Great Controversy that is playing out before us and throughout the cosmos.

This publication will anchor our Spring 26 College Campus Mission.
Pray with us!

The enemy has the world all mixed up. This helps make it plain.

The Lord is near to all who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth. Psalm 145:18

Jesus gives us humanly impossible tasks so we will rely on Him, rather than ourselves, to accomplish them.

Before we are delivered from Satan’s power without, we must be delivered from his power within. We go through things so that we may be cleansed by the Lord from earthliness, from selfishness, from harsh, un-Christlike traits of character. Many of our trials are brought on by what we think should be only to return to them repeatedly. We have many inspired examples of those who love kaisos and could not imagine life without them.
Lot’s wife, for example, was told by a death angel to exit and not look back. Lot ran; his daughters close behind. “But his wife, from behind him, looked back, and she became a pillar of salt” (Genesis 19:26). She lagged. She turned and watched the flaming sulfur fall from the sky, consuming everything she valued. Then it consumed her. The Hebrew for “looked back” means more than to glance over one’s shoulder. It means “to regard, to consider, to pay attention to.” The Scriptures do not say whether her death was a punishment for valuing her old life so much that she hesitated in obeying, or if it was a simple consequence of her reluctance to leave her old life quickly. Either she identified too much with the city, or she neglected to obey God’s warning fully, and died.
In Revelation 18, John records a vision of a mighty angel descending from heaven to announce the fall of Babylon. This evil world system, associated with the Antichrist of the end times, is pictured as a prostitute committing fornication with the kings of the earth (Revelation 17:1 2).
The command to “come out of her” in Revelation 18:4 is a warning to God’s people to escape the judgment that is to come upon Babylon. The false religious system is having her time of influence, when “the leaders of the earth will commit adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth are growing rich from her luxuries.” But she is the subject of God’s wrath, and she will be judged.
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus (Philippians 2:5).
We are being called out of Babylon now, and this calling begins spiritually and mentally.
We are creatures of premeditation which means mental over physical. We think and do, that is the natural man. The Practical Christian is spiritual over mental over physical.
The Practical Christian seeks the guidance of the Holy Spirit first (spiritual), then plans (mental), then moves (physical). Your exit is your choice!
And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the entire world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. (Revelation 12:7-9, 17) And the dragon was wroth with the woman and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
We are at war and if there is any military in your bones you know that there are great planning strategies going into battle and even greater strategy sessions coming out. Our Commander and Chief is Jesus and along with the Spirit of the living God they have never lost a battle. If we adhere to the detailed plans of our leader trust and obey our victory is guaranteed. Even though we are in slightly different parts of His service, there are common threads and fundamentals we must follow.
The following are fundamentals things we must know and do. Things that should become second nature to achieve success:
Believe The Holy Scriptures (Isa. 8:20; 2 Tim. 3:16, 17 2 Peter 1:20, 21.)
The Holy Scriptures, Old and New Testaments, are the written Word of God, given by divine inspiration. The inspired authors spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
Get to Know Yahweh the Father (John 17:3)
God the eternal Father is the Creator, Source, Sustainer, and Sovereign of all creation. He is just and holy, merciful, and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.
Get To Know Jesus God the Son. (Isa. 53:4-6; John 14:1-3, Heb. 8:1, 2.)
God the eternal Son became incarnate in Jesus Christ. Through Him all things were created, the character of God is revealed, the salvation of humanity is accomplished, and the world is judged.
Get to Know the Holy Spirit Ruach Yahweh (1 John 5:7)
God the eternal Spirit was active with the Father and the Son in Creation, incarnation, and redemption. He is as much a person as are the Father and the Son. He inspired the writers of Scripture. He filled Christ’s life with power. He draws and convicts human beings; and those who respond He renews and transforms into the image of God.
Understand the Creation (Gen. 1-2; Exod. 20:8-11; Acts 17:24;)
God has revealed in Scripture the authentic and historical account of His creative activity. He created the universe, and in a recent six-day creation the Lord made “the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them” and rested on the seventh day. Thus, He established the Sabbath as a perpetual memorial of the work He performed and completed during six literal days that together with the Sabbath constituted the same unit of time that we call a week today.
Grow in Christ (Ps. 1:1, 2;1 Thess. 5:16-18, 23; James 1:27;)
By His death on the cross Jesus triumphed over the forces of evil. He who subjugated the demonic spirits during His earthly ministry has broken their power and made certain their ultimate doom. Jesus’ victory gives us victory over the evil forces that still seek to control us, as we walk with Him in peace, joy, and assurance of His love. Now the Holy Spirit dwells within us and empowers us.
Keep the Law of God (Exod. 20:1-17; Matt. 5:17-20; 22, Rev. 12:17; 14:12.)
The great principles of God’s law are embodied in the Ten Commandments and exemplified in the life of Christ. They express God’s love, will, and purposes concerning human conduct and relationships and are binding upon all people in every age. These precepts are the basis of God’s covenant with His people and the standard in God’s judgment.
Keep the Sabbath (Isa 66:22,23, Ezek. 20:12, Luke 4:16;)
The gracious Creator, after the six days of Creation, rested on the seventh day and instituted the Sabbath for all people as a memorial of Creation. The fourth commandment of God’s unchangeable law requires the observance of this seventh-day Sabbath as the day of rest, worship, and ministry in harmony with the teaching and practice of Jesus, the Lord of the Sabbath.
Live Christian Behavior (Ps. 106:3; Rom. 12:1, 2; 1 John 2:6;)
We are called to be a godly people who think, feel, and act in harmony with biblical principles in all aspects of personal and social life. For the Spirit to recreate in us the character of our Lord, we involve ourselves only in those things that will produce Christlike purity, health, and joy in our lives. This means that our amusement and entertainment should meet the highest standards of Christian taste and beauty.
Value the Second Coming of Christ (John 14:1-3; Acts 1:9-11; Rev. 1:7)
The second coming of Christ is the blessed hope of His people, the grand climax of the gospel. The King's coming will be literal, personal, visible, and worldwide.
Relish The New Earth (Isa.65:17-25; Matt. 5:5; 2 Peter 3:13).
On the new earth, in which righteousness dwells, God will provide an eternal home for the redeemed and a perfect environment for everlasting life, love, joy, and learning in His presence. For here God Himself will dwell with His people and suffering and death will have passed away. The great controversy will be ended, and sin will be no more.
Conclusion
I have often heard there is nothing new under the sun. This is true with our Lord. People want to establish their own way of righteousness instead of submitting to the righteousness of God. Jesus made it all, He paid it all, He gives it all and we can have it all. We must remember fundamental or basic training through Christ and the Holy Spirit is a guarantee that we can live in Yahweh’s neighborhood. Praise God!
He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you.
But to do justly to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:8)
A successful person has priorities that should be written down and placed in an area which they are easily accessible. This list of personal goals should be fluid, meaning that it can be adjusted for the time and situation in which one arrives. This is your roadmap that allows you to stay focused and on course. We can have a good life and be saved when we commit our ways to the Lord early and allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us daily. Would you travel without a map or GPS? This is something we take for granted today, as they are components of our smartphones. Our kind and loving God has a GPS on all of us, but how often do we turn to Him and use the Spirit as a habit? It’s not until trouble and in some cases big trouble strikes that we echo “OMG” and then seek Him for answers. In finding your exit from Babylon, there must be a deep, truthful self-examination followed by fasting and prayer, allowing the Holy Spirit to become the primary voice in your consciousness.
The following is a list of priorities that our Lord has for us. These should be used as we make this journey and are keys as we look back on our way out. They are in the form of what I call Tapas, small but explosive bites.
A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps. (Proverbs 16:9)
GOD’S PRIORITIES: A MAP FOR US TO FOLLOW
Genesis 1:26 -To be like Him.
Genesis 2:17- To be obedient and loyal to Him.
Deuteronomy 26:1-2 – Give Him His due first.
Genesis 3:15 - Recognition that we cannot be adequate without Him.
Genesis 12:2- God wants us to be great.
Matthew 4:4 - Spiritual food is just as important as physical food.
Matthew 6:19-20 Put your treasure in heaven.
Matthew 22:37-40 - Love to God / Love to Man
Matthew 5:29-30 - If your right eye offends you, get help.
Proverbs 6:9-11 That we are active people, Faith and Works.
But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Matthews 6:33)
“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God: (Deuteronomy 28)
God has given us precious privileges and advantages in sending us the light of his truth, and we are to improve these blessings and let others share our mercies. What large missionary fields there are right around our homes, what opportunities every day for us to speak of the value of God’s promises, to revive poor souls who are compelled to labor hard for small wages, to encourage the hearts of those who are struggling with poverty, who have scarcely the bare necessities of life! The children of God are called upon to show forth the praises of him who has called us out of darkness into his marvelous light; for we are to be Christ’s representatives. We should ever seek to teach those with whom we come in contact, of higher, holier truths than the questions of commonplace life. We need to shine the light on the way out so that others may discern the path.
On the way out it is important to align one's life with God's priorities. It encourages self-examination, prayer, and total reliance on the Holy Spirit. By following biblical principles such as justice, mercy, humility, obedience, and recognizing our dependence on God, we can create a pathway for a successful and spiritually fulfilling journey.
